PocketPad waitlist privacy

What we collect

If you join the PocketPad launch list, we collect your email address, the time you signed up, the form source, your consent text, country from Cloudflare, browser user agent, and a hashed IP address for basic abuse prevention and consent records.

How we use it

We use your email only to send PocketPad launch updates, tester announcements, and related product news. We do not sell your email or share it with advertisers.

Where it is stored

Waitlist signups are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare may process technical request data to provide hosting, security, and database services.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from future launch emails at any time. You can also ask us to remove your waitlist record by emailing privacy@codybontecou.com.

Retention

We keep waitlist records until the launch campaign is complete or until you ask us to delete your record.
