Get help with Thumble

Email support@codybontecou.com for private product support. Include the Thumble Mac and iOS versions, macOS/iOS versions, and the exact error shown. Never send pairing tokens, reconnect credentials, or an unexpired ChatGPT controller download URL.

ChatGPT controller import

1. Download the .thumblecontroller file before its link expires.
2. Open the file with Thumble Mac or choose Import ChatGPT Controller in the toolbar.
3. Review every binding and layout warning, then choose Install as New Setup.
4. Select the new setup in Thumble when you are ready to use it.

An import never replaces existing setups, changes the current selection, or changes the default setup. If a link expired, ask ChatGPT to prepare a new download from a current draft.
